Guacamole

Avocados are one of the most nutrient dense fruits and are have become the Instagram hype. They contain fats that are good for us and also a wide range of other nutrients including vitamin E, vitamin C, potassium and folate. They are the perfect addition to any meal or can be used to make guacamole which is a great replacement for mayonnaise or use as a sandwich spread!


Ingredients:

2 avocados

1 chilli

Juice of 1 lime

Salt

½ red onion

1 tomato


For chunky guac:

Remove the avocado stones, scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork.

Finely chop the chill, slice the onion and chop the tomato.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix together.


For creamy guac:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
